Refund policy

Order Cancellations: Please note that once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. All orders are final upon placement.

Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges! If you have an issue with your order (such as a sizing issue or receiving a defective product), you can exchange it for another item.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer direct refunds, only exchanges for eligible items.
